(NEW YORK) — With 2020’s bummer of a socially distanced Halloween out of the way, many are wondering how COVID-19 will affect the upcoming holiday season.

With health experts recommending — and in some cases, legally mandating — changes to Thanksgiving, and malls nixing that tradition of sitting on Santa’s lap for pictures, one entertainer is hoping to at least preserve some Christmas magic by giving kids a virtual visit from Santa Claus.

Five-year veteran Santa player Scott Rousseau has created Talk2SantaClaus, a website that will give children some face time with Chris Kringle, in a format with which kiddies have become very familiar — over the cameras on their computers.

Online visits start on November 14, parents can start reserving their face-to-Facetime with the Big Guy now.
