(NEW YORK) — If you’re worried about Santa Claus coming down the chimney and invading your quarantine bubble, fear not: he got the COVID-19 vaccine and a testing site has posted his negative test results.
According to Aditxt, a company that came up with a way to monitor patients’ immune system responses through a blood test, the jolly guy in the red suit is cleared to safely deliver toys on Christmas Eve.
The company notes that Santa’s Immune Status Report shows he’s immune to COVID-19, and has high level of kindness antibodies. However, he’s 99% allergic to The Grinch.
What’s more, the country’s top infectious disease expert himself, Dr. Anthony Fauci, recently told Elmo and his Sesame Street friends that he traveled to the North Pole and vaccinated Santa Claus himself.
During CNN’s Sesame Street COVID-19 town hall, Fauci also said the elves are naturally immune to the virus, as are Santa’s reindeer. Mrs. Claus will also receive the shot soon, Fauci added.
