Lollapalooza Day 2: The Beauty School Dropouts are getting used to having fans, but their dads aren’t. In fact, the band thinks their dads might be more famous than the band. Fans (and moms of their fans) have been sliding into their parents’ DMs and recognizing their dads at shows. The band dropped into the Mix tent backstage at Lollapalooza to talk about opening for Blink 182, going from a 250 seat venue to a 25,000 seat venue, and which YouTube rabbit holes they fall asleep to. Their latest single “beautiful waste” is out now and you can see them at Subterranean in Chicago in the Fall.
