Almost Home Kids provides a bridge from hospital to home through an innovative community-based care system for children with medical complexities. Almost Home Kids (also known as AHK) respond to the needs of families, train caregivers, offer respite care, advocate for accessibility and inclusion, and educate healthcare professionals. AHK believes that all children deserve to grow up in a family setting and to be part of a community. With us this morning to talk more about Almost Home Kids and the work they are doing for children with medical complexities and their families is Debbie Grisko, President and Executive Director of Almost Home Kids, along with Mo Salem – President of the AHK Young Associates Board. 9/18/22
