(WASHINGTON, D.C.) — President Joe Biden marked his administration’s vaccination efforts during his first 37 days in office, as they reached 50 million vaccines distributed.
Biden offered a warning, saying, “This is not a victory lap. Everything is not fixed.”
Biden said that the 50 million mark was weeks ahead of schedule and pledged to continue giving updates for every 50 million shots distributed.
It comes as the president continued his efforts to sell his COVID relief package outside of Washington, pitching his American Rescue Plan in an address to the nation’s governors.
