Pumpkin Bars
Makes: 36 servings
 
Ingredients:
Bars:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup nuts (if desired)

Frosting:
  • 6 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
 
Directions:
Bars:
  1. Mix eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 12x18 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost when cool.
Frosting:
  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla.
  2. Add powdered sugar.
  3. Spread over bars.
